About the team

We are a diverse team of corporate security engineers encompassing a broad range of skills such as Access Control, CCTV and Facilities. We believe in the philosophy of working together and cross functionally to achieve our objectives and priorities.

What you will be doing

You will support the Facilities, Real Estate, and Security team with space planning design, construction, and engineering, as well as application support.

* Design construction, space planning, and security drawings using computer-aided design software applications.

* Create new designs using innovative thinking and problem solving.

* Analyze, design, and build business/technical solutions that meet business goals and objectives.

* Create detailed design documentation.

* Estimate time and costs required to complete project.

* Define, create, and maintain development methodologies, procedures, and standards.

* Create drawings in both 2 and 3-dimensional form.

* Design floor plans, elevations, and realistic renderings with the assistance of software.

* Create designs for commercial real estate offices.

* Create security designs (as-builts) for the corporate security systems team.

* Produce final design specifications.

* Ensure all drawings are reviewed, accurate, and meet industry standards.

* Maintain an electronic filing system of all drawings according to Company Policy.

* Work independently, prioritize work, coordinate activities, and meet critical deadlines.

* Identify and effectively handle multiple activities and resources necessary to perform job assignments.

* Organize, process, and evaluate data and ideas to make effective decisions and develop appropriate solutions.

* Use sound judgment and personal initiative to accomplish goals and objectives.

* Support and learn new applications and software, such as access control, CCTV, and space planning.

What you bring:

* A Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related fields.

* Experience in SPF extraction, Floor planning, Automated Place and/or Route Reliability.

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and similar software to prepare technical drawings efficiently and in accordance with applicable engineering practices and industry standards.

* Experience with access control and CCTV software is preferred, but not required.

* Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and Sql Server is preferred.
