Salary: $170,000 - $180,000/yr.

Essential functions:
  • The Director of Customer Service will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Responsibility of ensuring an unparalleled customer experience, characterized by white-glove treatment.
  • This position prioritizes professionalism and effectiveness over strict KPIs or metrics.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in fostering efficient, professional, and helpful communication, elevating client support to new heights.
  • Manage a team of 30 individuals spanning various departments such as Customer Service, Operations, and Sales. This role demands exceptional leadership skills and the ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships. Experience in product training and a knack for upselling are highly valued, with preference given to candidates with wholesale experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of management experience

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
