Job Description
Position Title: Manufacturing Quality Assurance Auditor
Location: Woodland, CA
Duration: 7 Months

Job Description:
Support a wide array of quality department tasks relating to developing and implement systems, procedures, and projects required to successfully accomplish departmental, plant, and corporate goals and objectives. Makes decisions based upon sound quality, engineering and scientific methods

Description of Work:
* Manage critical dates of quality department deliverables and drive for on-time closure (i.e., OOS investigations, nonconformances, CAPAs, etc.).
* Oversee controlled records management, including document control scanning and filing (i.e. calibration records, water testing, raw material CoAs, etc) in a timely and efficient manner.
* Create and implement electronic organization of controlled records within existing systems and databases; responsible for ensuring newly implemented systems remain current and up-to-date.
* Manage incoming raw material review and releases; including the management of all associated records; including, potential materials/ supplier nonconformances.
* Assist in development of measurement systems that support quality release and/ or product testing.
* Draft and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Analyze quality metrics, identify opportunities and risks, develop plans for mitigation of risks and implement necessary changes to ensure sustainment of quality management systems.
* Supports document management and storage control, ensuring Records management audit readiness.
* Support internal, customer, and external audits as needed.

Qualififcations
A minimum of a 4-year degree (i.e., B.S., B.A.) or 3 - 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Quality, or a combination.
