Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Work as a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) threat and risk analyst. Assist with a variety of clients by analyzing the development and implementation of next generation secure supply chain capabilities. Serve as a delivery leader and oversee the execution of supply chain risk assessment programs. Comprehend threats and vulnerabilities to systems. Identify supply chain risks and recommend risk mitigation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with SCRM, including assessing system and component criticality, mapping supply chains, identifying critical suppliers, assessing supply chain threat and vulnerability assessment, conducting risk identification and mitigation, and monitoring mitigation effectiveness over time
  • Experience with DoD clients or Intelligence Community clients, including positive Government relationships within the SCRM community
  • Knowledge of DoD and NIST SCRM standards, including DoDI 5200.44
  • Ability to lead the day-to-day execution of SCRM-related efforts, including developing SCRM plans, assessing supply chain risks against defense systems, and developing risk mitigation plans and monitoring their effectiveness
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with SCRM assessments of microelectronics or semiconductor-based systems
  • Ability to contribute to tasks adjacent to SCRM, including program protection planning, anti-tamper planning, diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages planning, obsolescence planning and management, and SCRM impacts on Cybersecurity
  • Ability to lead the efforts of a task team, consolidate results into a credible and persuasive presentation or report, and present the findings to clients on behalf of the task team
  • Possession of excellent reviewing skills, including writing to Government-specified styles and reviewing, in detail, the work of others to produce deliverables ready for senior level client decision makers
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings directly to clients either in person or via teleconference
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
