QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or equal experience in related field
A minimum of three years of project work in marketing operations focusing on creative and analytical aspects, with increased responsibility.
Basic MS Application skills with advanced PowerPoint and Excel Skills
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Work with supervisors in Digital on developing and implementing new business strategies and ideas at the PGA TOUR
Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, including project implementation, timelines and approvals, and project marketing plans, and client reactions
Compile information and data for reports, charts and presentations as requested or scheduled; create Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
Track budget goals and pipelines
Assist in the development and implementation of Partnership Program by fostering positive relationships with our partners
Collaborate with representatives of partnership accounts to assist them in achieving their objectives by fully utilizing their relationship with the TOUR
Manage TOUR fan email schedule
Manage email marketing creation, execution, and follow-up consisting of evaluation, reporting on campaign results, and consulting with clients on findings
Assist Director-Partnership Management in developing and strengthening relationships by interacting with clients and other TOUR departments
Perform administrative work as needed, including scheduling, phones, travel planes, filing and copying
Special projects or other duties as assigned
