First year potential total compensation is $80-90k for first year OTE.

  • Base: $38,925.00-$45, 967.00, depending on experience. Could go up to 50k for the right person for experience.
  • First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance of $90,000 (approximate).

What you'll do

  • Drive sales revenue, market share, and quota achievement within your territory
  • Provide effective account management and represent Toshiba as a brand ambassador
  • Present, sell and coordinate Toshiba products, services and MPaaS solutions
  • Actively prospect for new business and achieve a high conversion rate of warm leads
  • Adopt Toshiba's sales excellence culture in the areas if process, pipeline management, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Build and manage territory and prospecting plans and strategic accounts
  • Partner with clients to understand and identify their goals and needs
  • Align Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist
  • Conduct presentations, demos, examinations, and audits to capture needs
  • Coordinate sales terms and implementations
  • Advise management and MPaaS analysts on sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends influencing the marketplace

Qualifications

  • No experience required. May have a background in Account Support/Management or client facing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced technology environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Drive MPS sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory or named accounts to achieve quota. Present and sell Toshiba Managed Print services, products, and solutions.

Drive net new business through prospecting and conversion of warm leads from lead generation campaigns and existing client relationships. Learn and adopt Toshiba's culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and a focus on core role KPI's. Complete and embrace all Toshiba Sales Training to ensure selling success.

Build and manage strategic territory and account plans. Work with clients to understand and identify objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist. Present value propositions and develop relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.

Develop and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, document analysis, fleet audits, and use of appropriate technology tools to capture client needs to develop viable solutions. Coordinate terms of the sale, and implementations. Act as an ambassador and representative for Toshiba.

Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and prospecting objectives and identify key areas of opportunity for new business. Advise management where appropriate and coordinate with MPS Analysts. Maintain client relationships thru appropriate reporting, providing consultative guidance for new product offerings, and ensuring training needs are identified and met.

Develop and maintain an understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace. Maintain appropriate certification on all equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in Account Support/Management or client-facing roles is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced technology environment with changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience cold calling and prospecting.
  • Business acumen with a general understanding of how a business operates.
  • Exposure to a business-to-business environment.
