Global Aftermarket Commercial Proposal and Fulfillment Director

As a Global Aftermarket Commercial Proposal and Fulfillment Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the teams responsible for parts quoting, order entry, and order fulfillment within the Aftermarket Centers (AMCs)

  • Leading teams across 5 AMCs in the USA, Itlay, Singapore, UAE, and South Africa.

  • Implementing a one-part blueprint process across ITO to OTR.

  • Managing order fulfillment, date management, accounts receivable(AR), and customer communication on order status.

  • Collaborating with the factory to fulfill customers' orders on time.

  • Implementing quote intelligence as a leading indicator to drive stocking strategies.

  • Adhering to pricing and discount policy across the business.

  • Streamlining the quoting process down to 2 days with goal of eliminating repeat manual quotes.

  • Leading the continuous improvement of the eCommerce platforms, driving automation and ease of use for channel partners.

  • Facilitating the use of global inventory and better visibility of available stock.

  • Pushing Lean principles through all aspects by eliminating non-value-added tasks.

  • Developing and promoting talents within the AMCs.

  • Working collaboratively and cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance for larger strategies across the Valve business.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer experience, Commercial Proposal, and being a people leader.
  • Have experience in aftermarket parts quotation, pricing, and discounts.
  • Have SAP commercial module experience.
  • Have managed a customer service team responsible for quotation and order fulfillment.
  • Have experience in shop management, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and transactions.
