Opportunity Overview:2-6 MONTHCONTRACTOPPORTUNITY
WECTEC Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Financial Analyst to join theGlobal Finance team in support of our Outage Maintenance Services business.This is a 2-6 month contract opportunity and is a hybrid position, reporting to Piedmont, SC location.
What your day-to-day looks like:
- Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and other monthly reports
- Report monthly earnings to Segment Senior Leadership
- Preparation responsibilities and review outside auditor schedules to support annual audit and special audit requirements.
- Preparation and consolidation of Business Segment variance analysis
- Preparation of financial information to support internal and external reporting requirements
- Preparation of weekly A/R reports and reconciliation of reports to secondary system
- Preparation of cash application variance analysis
- Preparation of other adjunct reports on an as needed basis
What we need to see from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in financial role (financial planning and accounting)
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards
- Extended skills in use of MS Excel
- Strong analytic skills and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Sage or SAP is a plus
