We are seeking a Lease Administration Coordinator to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The Lease Administration Coordinator will be responsible for the organization of leasing transactions submitted by leasing and property management and triaging between internal and external resources. Will also be responsible for timely data entry of tenant sales information from our co-sourcing partner into JD Edwards. The individual will assist in the analysis of accuracy and provide management and field offices with reporting of tenant data analysis and trends as requested. This role will also provide the accounting teams with percentage rent billings calculations derived from the inputs of sales information and post final billings to tenant's accounts. While completing day-to-day activities, a strong emphasis will be placed on providing support to process improvements and helping implement solutions. Additionally, this role serves as a liaison between other internal departments and provides assistance with audit requests.


What You'll Be Doing:

* Utilize a variety of software packages to support Lease Administration team with triage of workload, generating reports, spreadsheets, maintain databases, etc.
* Process updates in JD Edwards such as address book changes and manual billing invoices.
* Serve as Regency liaison to 3rd Party Co-Sourcing team, providing them with guidance and support for sales data entry.
* Review and analyze tenant sales data to ensure accuracy of inputs.
* Resolve discrepancies directly with tenants or Property Management.
* Generate monthly percentage rent billings, analysis, and distribution to Property Accounting Managers for review and approval.
* Provide administrative support for process improvement efforts, may include testing, process documentation, scheduling trainings.
* Assist in reporting on data, trends, and metrics for various Lease Administration functions.
* Assist in developing and implementing strategies for process improvement to optimize efficiencies.
* Serve as departmental contact for all others within the company. Work to resolve any issues/questions that may arise while minimizing impact to other departments.
* Coordinate with other departments within Regency Centers to understand impact that Lease Administration process changes have on other teams.

Are You Qualified?

* Bachelor's degree or related experience in a professional office environment
* 1+ years of business professional experience
* Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
