ASAP Installations LLC started out in 2005 as a sheet pile installation company based on patented technology and equipment developed in Europe.  Seventeen years later, ASAP Installations is today an all-round foundation company specializing in a broad variety of shoring and earth retention support methods, from sheet pile to soil anchors, from bracing, pile and lagging walls to micro piles and any other types of shoring.

Job Description
ASAP/GeoStructures, Inc. is seeking a technical and motivated individual with a background in engineering and/or construction to manage and cultivate sales throughout the Florida region. This position works remotely with client/site visits as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree – civil/geotechnical engineer or construction management preferred 
• 5+ years of experience, (combination of engineering/project management & proposal/bid/business development responsibilities)

Essential Job Duties:

  • Regularly meet with customers throughout Florida to maintain and establish client relationships and new work. Search for new clients who would benefit from our services and maximize existing client relationships in designated region (required travel up to 3 days per week)
  • Review project information to evaluate viability. Prepare proposals and work with preliminary engineering and estimating to provide project bids for opportunities in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, identify new projects, follow up on existing proposals and close deals. Accurately track project sales status in CRM software.
  • Provide value to clients through development of cost-effective geotechnical solutions.
  • Provide pre-construction technical assistance and education to clients as required.
  • Understand customer goals and technical challenges and maintain our position as a regional leader in geotechnical solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Maintain pre-bid forecast and other reports to monitor work in progress. Accurately communicate progress and needs to ASAP/Geostructures senior management.

Physical Requirements with or without reasonable accommodations:

Home office with travel within region and ASAP’s region offices to visit with existing or potential clients. Construction site walk-downs with potential customers to understand services needed.
