Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in day-to-day general office duties with a focus on:

  • AP Coordinator and contact for multiple district locations in JCI Market responsible for invoice processing, resolution management, Vendor Setups, manual payment requests and supplier inquires
  • Responsible for payroll entry, to include processing time and entering payroll for multiple districts, as well as certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements for service department and time off tracking
  • Promote good working relations and morale among the office staff.
  • Perform other duties as directed and deemed necessary, inside of scope.
  • Review Kronos exception report and assist managers with corrections
  • Review reconsiliation tracking sheet for employee adds/removals and make appropriate changes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative assistant position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Oracle based software + general PC knowledge.
  • Experience in extreme multi-tasking and prioritization a must.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
