This team supports the production environment as well as projects. Understanding project methodology is vital for the team to function effectively. Supporting and building relationships with our managed service providers will be key to the success of the individual in this role.

This role will require the candidate to leverage technical knowledge and functional expertise to support the businesses technical requirements. The IT Technical Team supports the Record-to-Report Finance area, which includes but not limited to Account Receivable and Payable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, General Accounting, Finance, Master Data and Analytics. A strong working knowledge of SAP cross functionality is helpful.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with our service partners and other IT support groups, on application support, troubleshooting production issues, provide effective solutions and improvement opportunities.

  • Support a core group of business partners and users in their day-to-day IT application needs.

  • Liaison to the FICO Business and Functional IT groups regarding acquisition implementations, system enhancements upgrades and road mapping.

  • Lead meetings and provide direction as to the project design and fixes to our shared AMS partners and SAP production support areas.

  • Participate in projects, supporting and defining the technology requirements.

  • Research, analyze, design, and identify technology and functional improvements.

  • Provide excellent communication both written and verbal.

  • Support and create IT documentation, business use cases, technical requirements, and service ticket; to give clear direction to the technical teams.

  • Participate in testing, validation of changes, analysis current design and scoping new ideas.

  • Provide guidance to our service partners with technical expertise in the key areas of:

  • SAP RTR Areas - G/L, COPA, A/R, A/P, AA/FA, rebates, closing, and Blackline.

  • Consolidation, Reporting, BW, BPC, and Analytics

  • Treasury -Banking/Cash management

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 8 + years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module experience, required.

  • Experience with other ERP systems (SAP ECC and S/4) is a plus.

  • Experience supporting functional areas of SAP, such as: Finance and Accounting, Asset Accounting, Controlling (Product Costing), Credit Management, Rebates, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Analytics, Consolidation and Treasury modules.

  • Have configuration and technical, experience within SAP ECC and/or S/4 Hana.

  • General understanding of middleware and EDI processes.

  • Ability to follow standard IT standard processes and project lifecycle management.

  • Demonstrated discipline, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to details.

  • Experience in meat, food or other consumer product industries is a plus.

  • Strong background in problem determination/solution design.

  • Experience with design prototyping/testing automation solution is a plus.

  • Great team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

Salary Range

$94,000.00 - $141,250.00
