Job Description:
Complete composite material or rubber lay-up processes for the manufacturing of military parts. The work will completed in both an environmentally controlled area and a non-environmentally controlled area. Work will be in a team setting, working closely with others and a lead technician. You will be required to wear PPE, such as safety glasses, steel/composite toed shoes or boots, and cut/chemical resistant gloves. The work must be of the highest quality and be completed on time per a master schedule.

Per 8 hour shift the employees will be provided two 15-minute breaks paid, and one 30 minute unpaid lunch. Schedule will be either 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:00PM to 10:30 PM; overtime is available and not mandatory. All employees must work in the safest manner possible at all times and provide quality workmanship.

There maybe be an option to be hired on as a full-time employee if business needs require, and the contract employee has been recognized by the program supervisor to have strong performance, professional behavior, and consistent attendance.
