As a Patient Care Supervisor (RN) - Operating Room you will provide intentional, decisive, and collaborative leadership in managing the day-to-day clinical operations at the Ambulatory Surgery Center. This person will directly report to the Operating Room Manager and in collaboration with department leadership. This person provides daily workflow direction and supervision of site staff to ensure operating rooms have adequate staffing to optimize efficiency while also achieving site objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
7 days out of the 2 weeks, this person would work early/day shifts.
3 days out of the 2 weeks, this person would come in later and work evening shifts (approx 10-6:30).
