Human Resources Incident Manager

The Human Resources Incident Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing HR-related incidents, such as workplace misconduct, performance/professionalism concerns, discrimination complaints, harassment allegations, and other sensitive issues. They are tasked with ensuring these incidents are investigated, documented, and resolved in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. The Incident Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful workplace environment.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Remote

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, process, and evaluate reports submitted through the incident portal.
  • Conduct investigations into reported incidents, maintaining objectivity and fairness throughout the process.
  • Ensure all reports are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures, and relevant employment law.
  • Maintain detailed records ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
  • Communicate with clients and local management teams with findings, recommendations, and suggested actions
  • Provide support and guidance to employees involved in incidents through appropriate training and communications.
  • Train clients and local managers how to report incidents and concerns.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in incident data to make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in HR pertaining to policies, employment laws, and compliance issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity, including confidentiality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Background in high volume customer service.
