What you will be doing:
As an Associate Recruiter you will be primarily responsible for interviewing candidates and making the hiring decisions for multiple frontline level roles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sourcing: The roles you will work on are mostly filled by applicants or from Indeed sourcing
Interviewing : You will interview candidates for company and role fit on roles with limited complexity
Adhere to assigned performance metrics
Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key functional stakeholders
Responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
Handle personally identifiable information ( PII ) that pertains to any individual (e.g. employees, job applicants, customers, etc.) in accordance with Client s internal Privacy Policy, Information Privacy Standard, and public facing privacy policies.

Previous recruiting / sourcing experience required
You MUST be production oriented and discerning of high quality talent
Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must be results driven with the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
