Responsibilities include tasks associate with the Packing Area, Processing Area, Receiving and Shipping Area, Must be able to drive a forklift, and be able to utilize the computer for basic computing functions. Equipment owner and responsible for the sanitation of general work areas. Accountable for maintaining standard weights and meeting overall product quality standards. Know and follow all facility safety requirements. Be able to function in an environment that requires constant change and continues learning.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency
Good communication skills and the ability to operate well in a team environment.
Must be able to lift 35 to 50 pounds of raw material to stage in bins on a continuous basis.
Basic Computer Skills
Basic Math Skills required.
The ability to stand on concrete floors for an extended period, climb narrow stairs or ladders repeatedly, work in confined spaces, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to successfully complete required technical hands-on skill testing.
