Multi- Property Maintenance Tech

Job Description
Qualified applicants must have basic handyman skills.
Pool maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, laborer, and painting experience. Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, dependable transportation.
Duties include working inside and on the grounds at all the properties.
3 - 5 years of experience
