What you will be doing
- Ability to drive process excellence alongside process documentation and seeks to ensure standardization and coordination of expectations across different processes within the same org or department. Allows the business to continue best practice in the event that key Subject Matter Experts are unavailable
- Ensure Process effectiveness and efficiency. Design and improve processes for consistent delivery with minimum variation and minimum waste
- Apply variety of principles, systems and tools toward the sustainable improvement of key performance metrics
- Review and improve processes in various forms viz. internal audit, policy reviews, academy work, service dashboards, status of burn-outs, engineering reviews to drive effectiveness and efficiency
