About the team

FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and then commodities a catalogue of enterprise wide consumable products that can easily and repeatably be scaled and deployed across our global Merchant Cloud & Automation Services (\architecture. The products you develop will help drive our organization towards our strategic principle 'Cloud First' and our successes will be measured through the continued adoption of our MCAS products and services. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focused on business value.

What you will be doing

* Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
* Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
* Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
* Controls and manages own daily test activities.
* Provides internal quality assurance.
* Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
* Organizes and maintains the test script library.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

Job Description

Career level role. Develops and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments. Possesses knowledge in a specific business area. Works on one or more projects as a team member or occasionally as a project lead. May coach junior technical staff. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Typically requires four or more years demonstrated experience in software testing.

Essential Primary Skills

Expertise with automated regression testing tools(selenium)

Experienced on automatic frameworks base on java including junit

Experience with Java and IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse development;

API testing-Experience on Rest assured, Postman,

BDD testing:Cucumber (Nice to have)

Experience Database testing(sql commands)

* experience with shift-left approach to QA

Leading a team technically on delivery aspect

* Understanding of all scrum ceremonies and there values

* Ability to leads team during conflicts and lead technical discussion to resolution

* Strong expertise: converting feature requirements to user stories and test cases; writing automated regression tests; designing and testing software for functionality, scalability, and reliability;

* Ability to drive automation responsibilities across the team

* Experience with: practical test pyramids; Continuous Delivery; strong knowledge of build tools

* Have a strong knowledge of software architecture and industry design patterns pertaining to testing
