Support Specialist - Mainframe
Required Experience - 3 + years

Educational Qualification - Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT/Computer Science/Equivalent
About the team
This team involves in Performing technical support activities required for a software production processing environment to maintain a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications including incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance, application operations management and development support
What you will be doing
- 24x7 Rotational Shift
- Providing on call support and fixing the issues by discussing with SMEs
- Providing support to Development and QA team during production changes
- Installs, maintains, and supports application/source code and/or its components and subsystems
- Analyzes and resolves incidents, problems or known errors related to failures in application and supporting software components
What you bring:
2 plus years' experience in the following
- COBOL
- JCL
- DB2
- VSAM
Added bonus if you have:
- CICS
- IMS
- File Aid / Insync
- AbendAid
- Endevor/ChangeMan
- Banking and card domain experience
