About the team:
The FIS Tax Information Reporting Suite (formerly Wall Street Concepts) Team offers its clients years of industry knowledge and expertise in the field of IRS Regulatory Compliance. WSC is widely considered an industry authority in this area. FIS TIRS provides data enrichment and security product knowledge to the Banking and Brokerage Industry. Our Services are utilized by over 90% of the Brokerage industry. The team is dedicated and focused to meeting all our clients' IRS Regulatory needs. The work is challenging and rewarding with tight deadlines. FIS TIRS fosters a spirit of teamwork among the staff and it is a great learning environment.

What you will be doing:
You will be working with internal groups such as IT, Development Teams and Product Owners as well as outside financial institutions.

* Coordinate with clients Tax Form production schedules
* Execute the necessary production processes to ensure accurate statement generation
* Assisting to implement new and optimized processes to improve the delivery of WSC services
* Learning about various financial instruments and their tax implications
* Learning about the IRS Regulatory obligations of bank and brokerage firms
* Assisting Clients with inquires and troubleshooting various production issues
* Identifying opportunities for clients to improve their Tax Form processes
* Consulting with clients on best practices, processes and procedures
* Fact-gathering liaison with other FIS functions and products

* Excellent customer service skills
* A strong "whatever it takes" work ethic
* Experience with transactional/customer research and related tools
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated analytical, organizational, interpersonal, team-building, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality and work both independently and in a team environment
* An Interest in learning about IRS Compliance and Financial Instruments

Added bonus if you have:
* Skill with using/writing SQL
* Advanced MS Office skill, especially Excel
* Project Scheduling Skills
