As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews. This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;
Learn how to work within a corporate environment
Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team
The B2B Product Partnerships team is a dynamic team with a finger on the pulse of the FIS organization and the broader B2B industry. We focus on discovering new partners and opportunities to integrate best-in-class capabilities into the existing FIS B2B proposition. Our team has a strong acumen and necessity for collaboration, critical thinking, and value delivery
What You Will Be Doing
Research market trends and key players in the industry
Articulate the value proposition for partnerships within your portfolio
Work with Portfolio Management to develop business cases as needed to advocate for and justify new product investments
Maintain metrics reports and present results to stakeholders, including the senior management team, on a periodic basis
Evangelize B2B proposition internally and articulate strategy to a broad set of stakeholders
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Added Bonus If You Have
Experience in Software as a Service strongly preferred
Experience and comfort with creating pivot tables in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience working in B2B markets
Experience with Software as a Service
Prior experience working in B2B markets
