Breaking down some of the issues with the students' training in college, Jim Rovira brings his perspective as a university professor. Jim is a professor of English at Tiffin University and he is witnessing the areas where individuals are lacking. Jim tells Tim Muma about the problems with the current educational setup, and he offers some suggestions for the collegians to make sure they are ready for the workforce.
