Vacation

Everyone needs time away from work. You’ll become eligible for three weeks of vacation after just three years of service. We also offer 13 paid holidays. The exact days off may vary at different locations to allow for operating needs and local flexibility.

401(k)

Ingevity will make an automatic fixed contribution of 3% of your pay to your 401(k) – even if you don’t contribute anything yourself! With the 6% company match, this means you could receive up to 9% of your annual pay in company contributions each year.

We offer a choice of medical, dental and vision coverage. If you elect coverage, it's effective Day 1! We also offer a variety of other comprehensive benefits as a full time employee.

Wellness Rewards
